Q: What is included with the Resort Getaway offer?
A: This offer is valid for an 8 day, 7 night resort stay for up to four individuals in select destinations. Check-In is available on a Saturday or Sunday depending on the resort.  
Q: How do I receive my Resort Getaway Voucher?

A: Pay a $24.95 registration fee on this website. 

Q: After I receive my Resort Getaway Voucher how do I book my reservations.

A: Complete the Registration Validation form on your Resort Getaway Voucher and Mail it to the address provided on the form along with a activation fee for $100 within 30 days of the issue date indicated.  

Please wait 10-15 days to receive your next step. 

Next Step - The Travel Service Center will email your confirmation of activation letter, a Welcome Aboard, to print and keep for your records. This will include instructions on making your reservation and a copy of the terms and conditions. You will have 13 months from the printed activation date to book and travel.

Q: When will my Registration Activation form expire?
A: Your form must be post marked to the indicated address by 30 days from the issue date printed on the form.  

Q: What is the $100 for?
A: This is a nonrefundable fee to activate your offer for booking.  

Q: Is the $100 activation fee per person?
A: No, this is a single $100 that covers both passengers.  

Q: How do I make my travel request?
A: Once you receive your Welcome Aboard letter, there will be a link to a travel request form. Please fill out the specified information and click the submit button.

All travel requests must be received 60 days in advance of the departure date.  

Q: Are there any date restrictions?
A: Yes, you are not permitted to travel in the 7 day period before and after a holiday and all requests must be placed 60 days in advance of the departure date.
